- All sales are final excluding regions where a return policy is legally required (see below). However, if I missed something and there is a major discrepancy between the listing and the item you received, please message me (either through the ‘contact me’ section or instagram [linked in my header and footer]) and we will find a resolution.
- REGIONS WITH REQUIRED RETURN POLICIES:
- EU & UK: Customers located within the European Union and United Kingdom have a right to a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period in which you are legally entitled to return and refund your item. In order to exercise this right:
- You must contact me (see ‘contact me’ section) within 14 days of receiving your order
- The item must be in the same condition as it was delivered in
- You must cover the return shipping costs
- Because all sales are final and returns will not be accepted based on fit discrepancy, please carefully compare your measurements to the listed measurements before purchasing an item.
- All of my inventory is sourced second hand. This means sometimes the items have flaws from wear and/or age. I always inspect my pieces for any flaws, repair them if I’m able to, and note them in the listing.
- My photos are taken with a combination of natural and synthetic lighting and it is possible there will be a slight difference in the color of the item in person versus the photos. However, I try to accurately represent the color of the piece in the photos as best as I can.
